  • Assignment Deeds governing the transfer of Caretaker and Letting Agreements from the party selling the Management Rights to you.
  • Extensions or Variationsof Caretaker and Letting Agreements;
  • Contracts for Residential Lots in a Community Titles Scheme (contract under which you buy the  manager’s unit for onsite-managements); 
  • Body Corporate Annual General Meetings and Committee Meeting protocols, and;

  • Advice on Caretaker Duties.
  • Successful engagementand communication with Body Corporate Committee, Strata Company manager, and unit/apartment owners, and guests, tenants, and owner occupiers.
  • Design of websites and newsletters.
  • IT support, particularly use of REI Property Management Software for management of your letting pool and trust account. 
  • First End of Month reconciliation and disbursement of monies to owners and first End of Financial Year reconciliation.
